Box parts
Box-type parts generally refer to parts with a porous system, inner cavity, and a certain length, width, and height ratio. Such parts are mainly used in industries such as machine tools, automobiles, and aircraft manufacturing. Box-type parts generally require multi-station hole-making and plane processing, with high tolerance requirements, especially relatively strict form and position tolerance requirements. They usually undergo processes such as milling, drilling, reaming, boring, reaming, spot welding, tapping, and others, and require more tools. When processing box parts with a processing center, when there are multiple processing stations and the parts can only pass through the work, a boring and milling processing center is generally selected.
